Cookies policy of protohumix.eu
Last updated: 14.10.2026
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on the User's end device (e.g. computer or phone) while using the website. Cookies may serve to ensure the operation of the site, security, remembering settings and — with the User's consent — for analytical or marketing purposes.
2. Who uses cookies on this site
The administrator of the site is: PROTOHUMIX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, Poland, NIP 6762717047, KRS 0001233485, contact: info@protohumix.eu.
3. Basis for using cookies
- We use necessary cookies because they are essential for the proper functioning and security of the site.
- We use analytical cookies (optional) only if the User consents to them in the cookie settings banner.
4. Categories of cookies used
- A) Necessary cookies (Essential) — required for the site to work (e.g. security, remembering your cookie choice, shopping cart operation, remembering the confirmed company in the partner zone). They cannot be disabled, because without them the site or forms may not work properly.
- B) Analytical cookies (Analytics) — used to create visit statistics and measure traffic (e.g. entry sources). They are disabled by default and enabled only after consent. We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for this purpose.
- C) Marketing cookies — we do not use marketing cookies or advertising pixels.
4a. Partner zone cookie
After you confirm a NIP (Polish tax ID) on the page for businesses and partners, we store the phx_partner cookie, which holds a digitally signed record of the NIP, the company name from the Polish register of VAT taxpayers and an expiry date. Thanks to it, you do not have to confirm the company on every visit, and the cooperation enquiry form can fill in the NIP for you. The cookie is valid for 30 days, is not accessible to scripts in the browser (HttpOnly) and is not used for statistics or advertising. You can remove it by clearing cookies in your browser; the company confirmation will then have to be repeated.
5. How to manage cookies (consent / change / withdrawal)
On the first visit, a cookie banner is displayed in which the User can accept optional cookies, reject them or choose settings by category.
The User can change their choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer.
6. Browser settings
The User can also block or delete cookies in their browser settings. However, blocking necessary cookies may cause the site or forms to malfunction.
7. Third-party cookies
Once you consent to analytical cookies, the Google Analytics 4 tool (provider: Google Ireland Limited) is activated. It stores its own cookies (including _ga, _ga_*) to create anonymous visit statistics. IP addresses are anonymised. Without consent the tool is not loaded. We do not use advertising pixels.
